Platform Launch
Expanded the engineering team and launched the first version of the AI analytics platform with coverage across UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Cityscape Global
Participated in major Gulf real estate expos including Cityscape Global, showcasing the AI analytics platform to industry leaders across the region.
Technical Milestone
Peak technical milestone year with ML Model Architecture Upgraded, Real-Time Data Pipeline rebuilt with Kafka/Spark Streaming, and direct Dubai Land Department API integration. Recognised for AI analytics contribution to Dubai's D33 Economic Agenda.
NCA Transition
Announcement of voluntary dissolution of Research 247 UAE operations. The legacy, team, and technology transitioned into the newly formed Network for Capital Advancement (NCA) Middle East, launching across all GCC markets.
